The Free Toy is a toy figure which comes in when you send in 99 box tabs of Kelp-O. It only appears in the episode Waiting.
SpongeBob worked hard to get the toy and kept on eating Kelp-O and waiting for it.
The toy
The toy "breaks" when you drop it, as shown by Squidward at the near end of the episode. It is a figure which is green and has eyes.
