Fred is a character. His catchphrase is MY LEG! His friend's name is Tom. He usualy wears brown pants and is a green skinned fish. He's married to Nancy. In the Jellyfish Jelly episode, Fred sings a song about the delicious "jelly patty". Fred's last name is currently unknown. Fred is seen in quite a few episodes as a backup character or a person in the crowd who tals or is in an angry mob (seen in a few episodes)
