Stinky is the man who inspired Mr. Krabs and Plankton to join the fast food business. he is seen in Friend or Foe? He was the owner of Stinky Burgers.

Appearance
Stinky is dark orange with a very small chef's hat, and a stained apron. after he changes at quitting time, it is revealed that he is very rich due to his fast food business being the only place to get a burger. he wears a small hat with a magenta feather in it, uses a cane, and has very fancy clothes.
Personality
he is quite nice to all the kids, except Mr. Krabs and Plankton, due to them being very unpopular with the other kids and could ruin his profits. he also creates he word "Li-spect" when two kids fight over them liking or respecting him.
Business and Wealth
Stinky owned the only place to get a burger was called Stinky Burgers, and was soon shut down by order of the Health Department. this allowed Plankton and Mr. Krabs to start their own business together, which led to the destruction of their friendship. The buisness was popular so he was probably one of the wealthiest person in Bikini Bottom at that time.
SpongeBuck Murder
In June 25 1968 Stinkey killing a SpongeBuck with malice aforethought if the defendant acts with any of the following states of mind:
(i) Intent to kill; (ii) Stinky serious bodily harm; (iii) Reckless indifference to an unjustifiably high risk to Sponge life (abandoned and malignant heart); or (iv) Intent to commit a felony (felony-murder doctrine).
Under element (i) intent to kill, the deadly weapon rule applies. Thus, if the defendant intentionally uses a deadly weapon or instrument against the victim, such use authorizes a permissive inference of intent to kill. Cops Founds Stinky gun, knife, Stinky Home. intentionally used to strike the victim.
