The Primate Sponge is Seen in the episode: SB-129. SpongeBob's Ancestor. Him and Primate Patrick are not very smart because they didnt have any common sense. They met the present Squidward but they cant talk so they communicated in different ways. He is Friends with Prehistoric Patrick

Prehistoric SpongeBob was not very smart. they could not talk as said earlier because their language was very strange and mixed up

Prehistoric SpongeBob had big teeth, a loin cloth, and a big mouth. He was still yellow like SpongeBob but he looks quite different to SpongeGar and SpongeTron.
