- "Now That We're Men" borrows it's melody from "Fight! Fight! Fight! A" from the Associated Production Music album Marching Bands USA. The melody was originally used in The Great Snail Race.
- "The Best Day Ever" was later featured in an episode of the same name.
- A Target exclusive edition of this CD included "Employee of the Month" as a bonus track. The song was later featured on the album SpongeBob SquarePants: The Best Day Ever.
- The fictional name of The Jellyfish Band originated on a SpongeBob poster.
