Trivia/Goofs
- The episode's run time is approximately 8 minutes, leaving it to be the first short episode since Pat No Pay.
- The International Justice League of Super Acquaintances from Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V is once again seen in this episode
- If you look closely at the end of the episode, on the TV you can actually see the main end credits of the show!
- The team of The International Justice League of Super Acquaintances looks much different. Captain Magma is changed to Professor Magma and is just a pile of lava, Miss Appear looks similar to Wonder Woman, and has color changes, and Elastic Waistband has different powers and a different costume. The Quickster has also been replaced by "the Pirite Ponderer." This may be due to it being a lost episode.
- In one scene, SpongeBob's eyelashes disappear.
- B.G.A.T.F.B.C. stands for Bad Guys All Together For Book Club.
- It is revealed that the Atomic Flounder has a Nuclear Touch.
- The Atomic Flounder, Sinister Slug, and Jumbo Shrimp look different than in MM&BB 2.
- In the video, the younger Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy have their recent voices. But in Back to the Past, younger Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy sound different.
