The Tourists taking pictures
The Tourists only appear in the episode: No Hat For Pat. They take pictures from famous places. Patrick blows them away when he is trying to swing the Krusty Krab sign. They took pictures of the Krusty Krab and the Chum Bucket and other places. You can see an orange member that is Frank. They might have another appearance in the future Episodes.
