Looks
He looks like Santa with the exception of the big round belly, and the nose does not look like Santa's. He wears wintry clothes. And also wears a fake beard.
Attitude
As an alter ego of Santa, Squidward tries to be as cheerful as possible. But he can be annoyed real easily. Though in real life there is no Santa Claus.
