Patrick's Inflatable Pants are a pair of pants that appeared in Patty Hype and possibly The Sponge Who Could Fly.
Looks
They look just like the pants that Patrick usually wears except that they're inflatable. In The Sponge Who Could Fly, however, Patrick somehow managed to fly without even touching them. This might mean that Patrick has psychic powers.
