Dirty Bubble is one of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy's arch rivals. His weakness is sharp items such as pencils and pens as it was seen in Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy II. He was voiced by Charles Nelson-Reilly, and is now voiced by Tom Kenny. According to SpongeBob he is Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy's number one nemisis (with the second being ManRay).
