Mr. Seaweed Monster Man is a minor character featured in the episode That's No Lady.
Looks
He has a colorful nose and the rest of his body is made out of seaweed in some way.
Appearance
Patrick put seaweed on his head, and declared himself Mr. Seaweed Monster Man, but SpongeBob said there's already a Mr Seaweed Monster Man and he came along and said "Hey!".
