- 2001, DoodleBob is animated in Frankendoodle, the 21st Fry cook Games occur and SpongeBob and Patrick tie in The Fry Cook Games, Survival of the Idiots-Sandy, SpongeBob and the Worm take place.
- 2002, The Algea's always Greener- Clams take place.
- 2003, the 102nd snail race occurs in The Great Snail Race, with Rocky winning, Sellie coming in second, and Gary DQed, Mid-Life Crustacean-I had an Accident take place.
- 2004, Krabby Land-Pranks a Lot take place.
- 2005, Fear of a Krabby Patty-SquidBob Tentaclepants takes place.
- 2006, SpongeBob and Patrick find a way to the 12th century in Dunces and Dragons, the star dynasty re-takes power in Bikini Bottom but after a while, the Neptune dynasty returns to the throne,Krusty Towers-The Gift of Gum take place.
- 2007, SpongeBob and Patrick find the other 50% of the Atlantean Amulet, the others go to Atlantis along with them and Patrick destroyed the oldest bubble in Antlantis Squarepantis. SpongeBob creates the SpongeStones. Friend or Foe?-Stanley S. SquarePants take place.
- 2008, House Fancy-Ditchin' take place.
