Drippy Brothers Studio was mentioned of in the episode Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy VI: The Motion Picture. They were developing a film about Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, even though they were using actors (in which SpongeBob calls "fakes"). They released their movie in 2005, which did well in revenues, likely making $30-$40,000 in this movie.
After the highly successful movie, Drippy Brothers Studio was never mentioned or seen again.
