Who wrote the article "King Neptune"?

There is one thing on the SpongeBob page that wasn't correct. It says that he is 4 inches tall, but in the episode "Komputer Overload," Plankton is said to be 2 inches tall and SpongeBob is definitely not that small compared to Plankton.
