The Free Toy is a toy figure which comes in when you send in 99 box tops of Kelp-O. It only appears in the episode: Waiting. SpongeBob worked hard to get the toy and kept on eating Kelp-O and waiting for it. It has the appearance of a four leafed clover.
Design
The toy is very small and its main color is green. It has huge eyes and it wears a purple shirt on top of its body. It is always smiling and it wears black shoes.
