The Joy Buzzers are one of the pranks Frank sells at the Palace of Pranks. It consists of a bracelet that you tie to your hand with a button. Anyone that shakes hands with somebody wearing the Joy Buzzer presses the button and receives an eletro-shock. It was first tried by Patrick. Frank calls it "the Grandadi of all Pranks".
