Presidents' Day Celebration was a Presidents' Day marathon that was broadcast on Nickelodeon on February 19, 2001, airing SpongeBob SquarePants and other Nicktoons back-to-back leading up to a new episode of The Wild Thornberrys. No new SpongeBob episodes premiered during this event. The SpongeBob episodes that aired during the marathon are currently unknown, though most of them had to have been from the first season as there weren't that many SpongeBob episodes back then. Another marathon, Patrick for President, composed entirely of SpongeBob episodes and featuring 7 new episodes, was broadcast six years later.
