Queen Mildew is Princess Tulsa, Prince Callous, and Prince Dogus' mother and the wife of King Amoeba. She is Patrick and Gary's great-great-grandmother. She was a part of the Seestar Tree. She just appeared in the Episode: Rule of Dumb on a map. She was the Queen of Bikini Bottom. She was a part of Gary's and Patrick's family. She was the first queen of Bikini Bottom. She married King Amoebe and had two children, Prince Callous and Princess Tulsa. She is a blue fish with a pink dress, hat, neck ruff, and shoes and has black hair.
