He has a big fat red scar from were he got stung and he says that the scar only hurts if you touch it (which Patrick does). He has a white shirt with brown pants and a tie. He also wears glasses. He only appears in the episode [[I'm Your Biggest Fanatic]]. He is giving a speech about his scar when Patrick comes up and touches the scar. His named is punned on the dangerous jellyfish Portugese ''man-of-war''.
